These instructions are for the Evri app. If you do not have a smartphone you can also use the Evri website (https://www.evri.com/) to book a Zapper collection.
You’ll need to log in with your Evro account. If you don’t have one you can register via the app.
Once logged in, go to the Returns section by tapping on the icon at the bottom of the screen.
Find us by entering ‘zapper’ in the “Enter your retailer’s name” search box.
Enter your trade reference as the ‘Zapper order number’. It is crucial to get this right, your trade reference must be in the format 123456-1234567 with a hyphen ‘-’ between the two numbers and no spaces.
Enter the email address of your Zapper account as the ‘Email address’.
Choose the ‘reason for return ’ as ‘Other’ and enter ‘Zapper trade’ in the text box.
Select the ‘Standard’ parcel size.
On the ‘Return Method’ screen scroll down to ‘Courier collection’ and tap ‘Select’.
Enter your postcode and choose the collection address.
Choose a collection day, you can scroll left and right to show more days.
Review your Collection details and ensure they are correct.
Enter a contact phone number, and specify a safe place if required.
Agree to the terms and conditions.
Follow the instructions to print your label and attach to your parcel.
Ensure you have included the Zapper Packaging Slip inside the parcel (attached to your trade confirmation email).
Note that you will need to repeat the instructions above for every parcel in your trade.
